Sophia began her career in system development, where she honed her technical foundation in programming, database management, and system design. Her early exposure to projects involving Executive Information Systems (EIS) and Central Purchasing Systems (CPS) shaped her analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
In 2010, she joined Century Software, where her career truly flourished. Over the years, Sophia’s role evolved from a Software Engineer (Support) to Assistant Manager (Customer Care), and ultimately, to Head of Support & Maintenance. Throughout her tenure, she has demonstrated remarkable leadership in managing customer relationships, ensuring Service Level Agreement compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
