Mohd Faiz Bin Alias

He started career as a consulting assistant/project manager at Century Software (M) Sdn Bhd; implement Century System for SAGA at keys government agencies – LHDNM, KWAP, UPM, LPB and many more. 9 years later moved to Theta Edge (subsidiary of Tabung Haji) and involved in the implementation of ERP system for Tabung Haji and managing melaka state government eTanah system rollout
In year 2010, continue career in ERP system implementation by joining Dialog Group Bhd as Project Manager before being promoted as Senior Manager – Group ERP Solution. – responsible to lead group ERP digital transformation project (finance). ERP system rollout in Dialog covered Malaysia offices and international subsidiaries of Dialog Group – Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Singapore & Indonesia. In 12 years period, apart from ERP system rollout, Faiz also responsible to implement and rollout other system for the group which is more related to Oil & Gas industry
After 12 years – re-join century software as General manager – professional services and responsible to deliver GRP project for company.

Syanizam Azrul Anuar

Prior to joining CSM in 2017 as an Account Manager, Syanizam has garnered vast experience in managing local and international clienteles. He has even successfully managed over 200 client portfolios across Asia Pacific and Japan.
In 2018, he was promoted to Senior Account Manager, and subsequently to Head of Sales of CSM’s SAGA Sales Team in 2020. During his tenure as the Head of Sales, he successfully increased sales growth by 270% and has consistently retained this achievement. He also expanded the SAGA portfolio by bringing in 12 new clients over the period of 2.5 years. Over the course of his tenure in CSM, the sales growth has increased by 15 times.
He strictly believes that digital transformation is inevitable, and there is a need to accelerate its implementation within the country to stay relevant not just for now, but to future-proof our nation as a leading digital driven nation in the world. Taking the company’s vision as his foundation; company mission his pillars of support; and the company’s values as his guiding principles, he aims to spearhead CSM to become the next generation technology company in Malaysia.
R. Yarlini Jahendran

Yarlini is a Chartered Accountant CA (M), CPA (Australia) and holds a Bachelor in Business (Double Majors in Accounting & Finance) from University Technology of Sydney and recently added on a certification on The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing.
Yarlini was appointed as the GST Consultant at Century Software (M) Sdn Bhd (CSM). Her main task was to create awareness and educate the need to be GST compliant to our clients. She continued to grow within the Group to become the Finance Manager for CSM and eventually as the Group Accountant for Censof Holdings Berhad.
She then became a Consultant with Century Software’s Government Resource Planning division where she and her team worked on Government Resource Planning (GRP). This product caters for the current financial market requirements of being cloud ready, stable with adequate workflows, AI & ML to name a few.
She now works with the commercial division in Century Software focussing in in Government-Link Companies/ Syarikat Menteri Kewangan Diperbadankan with Acumatica, Asset Management Edition, Manufacturing Edition and Construction Edition.
She brings with her 16 years of experience in the field of accounting, project management, product delivery, auditing, tax, consultancy and advisory and also brings with her knowledge on public sector accounting, SAGA compliance and requirements, managing a public listed company’s financial reporting, corporate governance, acquisitions and disposals.
Mohd Azhar Mokhtar
General Manager, Product

Azhar has been in the ERP industry for over 20 years with experience in various areas such as project management, support, consulting, systems implementation, product development and presales.
He first joined CSM in 2006 as a consultant and was responsible for software and system implementation for numerous commercial organisations and statutory bodies. Prior to his first stint with CSM, he worked in a few ERP software houses where he gained first-hand experience in all aspects of ERP and accounting systems – from developing a new software application from scratch to the implementation and provision of support and consultation services. Despite graduating with a degree in Accounting and Finance, it was during these stints that he started to realise that his true passion lies in IT.
After 6 years in CSM, he joined Strateq Sdn Bhd where he gained his experience on Disaster Recovery while working on MAMPU Government Data Centre 2 (GDC2) project.
In 2015, he rejoined CSM as its in-house product specialist. It was here that Azhar and his team worked on the company’s latest cloud-based accounting system. He continues to be the product owner of the system and is responsible in ensuring continuous enhancements of the product and implementation of the latest technology such as RPA and AI/ML. He works closely with the chief technology officer on product roadmap, features and functions and other related areas.
During his spare time, he likes to build websites and web applications using WordPress, PHP and MySQL.
He is an Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) certified member and recently obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
He obtained his honours degree in Accounting and Finance from Bristol Business School, University of the West of England, Bristol, United Kingdom.
Ameer Shaik Mydin

Mr Ameer bin Shaik Mydin has accumulated invaluable experience in the IT and financial services industry. He started his career as an Account Manager at PanGlobal Sistemaju Sdn Bhd, providing WANG computers solutions to the banking industry. There, he managed an esteemed clientele comprising local and international banks.
3 years later, Ameer then moved to Digital Equipment Malaysia Sdn Bhd to assume the role of a Channels Account Manager in charge of the re-seller market for VAX system processors. This is where Ameer built his network with other channel partners in the IT industry in Malaysia focusing on the Government sector.
Ameer went on to expand his knowledge in the IT solution business as a Sales Manager at Berjaya Ross Systems Sdn Bhd, an accounting system and computer hardware provider. Thereafter, he joined Unisys Malaysia Sdn Bhd, as the Senior Strategic Account Manager in the Network Sales Division.
In 1999 with the coming of Y2K, Ameer joined Century Software (M) Sdn Bhd (CSM) as a Business Development Manager. In the ensuing years, he assumed many roles under the Group including CEO of IT System Implementors Sdn Bhd and Director of Business Development at CSM where he identified, cultivated and negotiated new opportunities for the company.
In 2008, Ameer was appointed an Executive Director for Censof Holdings Berhad and subsequently as CEO of T-Melmax in 2012 to oversee the progress of the company. In 2014, he was appointed as the Group Managing Director of Censof Holdings Bhd overseeing all its subsidiaries. Ameer takes a hands-on approach with all things concerning business development, group strategy, human resource and corporate affairs.
Outside of Censof, Ameer is a staunch environmentalist and is also a Director in Gunung Ganang Corp Sdn Bhd, an environmental and project management turnkey service provider focusing on environmentally friendly and sustainable practices. He is also an avid mountain climber and has even made it to the Mt. Everest base camp.
Siti Safiah Yahaya

She is a Chartered Accountant CA (M), CPA (Aust) and holds a Bachelor in Accountancy (Hons) degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis. She was a committee member of the Professional Accountants in Business (PAIB) in Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA).
Upon graduation, she worked as an Accountant in a Government Agency for 5 years before shifting her career in the Private Sector as an Application System Specialist in an IT arm company of a large media company. She is now a Director of Century Software (M) Sdn Bhd after being Divisional Heads internally of various departments specifically in Professional Services, Product Development and Sales & Presales.
She specializes in Project Management, ICT Strategic Planning, Consultancy, Research & Development of Product and Business Performance Improvement.
She has approximately 30 years’ experience in Integrated Financial Management, Management Dashboard and Project Management experiences. She was Project Manager for Large Statutory Bodies Project Implementation such as MPOB, SIRIM (corporatized), UPM, LHDNM, etc.
She was the Project Director of ‘Projek Perluasan SAGA Fasa I, II, III, IV and V’ which consists of 49 sites with a total value of over RM40 million. These were projects oversee by the Government Central Agencies which are the General Accountant Office, General Auditor Office, MAMPU and Ministry of Finance.
